Swimmers will work toward being comfortable in the water, learning to swim short distances using freestyle and backstroke, and most importantly—having fun! In addition to swim skills, students will practice key water safety habits, including how to get to the wall and exit the pool independently, and how to be mindful and aware of safety in and around water. This class sets the stage for a lifetime of safe, confident swimming.
