45-minute session perfect for kids that know most of the 4 swim strokes, want to be stronger swimmer, strong focus on technique and advance safety skills Swim Goals for the end of 8 weeks: tread water for 2 min Able to swim 2 lengths of pool using free and backstroke 1 length of pool doing breaststroke Butterfly intro do 1 length strength work Safety Goals: scenario's rescues/ call 911 deep water rescues/ how to tell if someone needs help what to do if a boat/paddle board flips over
